Foxwellstore Cancellation Policy


1. You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours. Because we will usually ship the package within 24 hours, to get a full refund, please send us a cancellation note via the order center or email.

2. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, please contact our customer service first, you can easily contact our customer service by email or any online contact method such as Skype, WhatsApp, or online chat. If customer service confirms that your order has not been shipped, you can get a full refund.

3. If your order proceeds but does not leave China (including the Hong Kong area), you can still cancel the order but you must pay the cancellation fee. (Detail fee please consult customer service)

4. If the order already outside China, the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel it, you must send it back after receiving the package and you will need to pay the return fee.
