If you have a handheld scanner, follow steps below:
1. Please check your network connection.
2. Please check the USB cable connection between PC and the scanner.
3. Please check if your TF card is full. As Foxwell keep issuing new updates to improve the products, there might not be enough space for TF card. Our suggestion is to replace it with a larger SD card. Alternatively, you may delete/uninstall some of the vehicle software that you don't need to make room for future updates. Please remember it's always suggested to delete and update software via our update client.
